Krutrim Ekam is an invite-only agent-identity & delegation control plane for organizations and their authorized users and software agents. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Human sign-in (Google). When you sign in with Google we request only the openid, email and profile scopes, and receive your name, email address and Google account identifier. We use these solely to authenticate you and establish your identity within your organization's tenant. We do not access any other Google data.
• Platform data. Identities, agents, blueprints, access requests/grants, token metadata and audit logs that you or your administrators create while using the service.
• Usage analytics. We use a self-hosted, cookieless analytics tool (Umami) that records only aggregate, non-identifying metrics (page views, referrer, approximate region, device/browser type). It sets no cookies, does not track you across other sites, and is never shared with third-party advertising networks.

How we use it

• Authenticate human and agent principals.
• Issue, scope, delegate, verify and revoke short-lived access tokens.
• Enforce authorization and maintain security & audit logs.
• Operate, secure and improve the service.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is processed within your organization's tenant and shared only with the gateways or services you authorize, our processors who operate the platform, or where required by law.

Storage, retention & security

• Hosted in India on Krutrim Cloud — Hyderabad (primary) with a Bengaluru disaster-recovery region.
• Encrypted in transit (TLS). Signing keys are held in secrets/KMS and never in the database. Tokens are short-lived and least-privilege.
• Retained for the life of your account/tenant and as needed for audit, security and legal obligations; deleted or anonymised on request, subject to applicable law.

Your rights

Consistent with India's DPDP Act and other applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data. We extend the same rights to all users regardless of jurisdiction.
