By accessing Krutrim Ekam you agree to these terms. Access is by invitation, granted by Krutrim or by your organization's administrator.

Acceptable use

• You are responsible for your credentials, the tokens you are issued, and the agents you provision.
• Use the service only for lawful, authorized purposes within your organization.
• Do not abuse, probe, reverse-engineer, overload or attempt to disrupt the service or its tenants.

Identities & tokens

Tokens issued by Ekam are short-lived and scoped. You must protect them. Identities and tokens may be suspended or revoked at the discretion of Krutrim or your administrator for security or policy reasons.

Availability & warranty

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We operate it with high-availability and disaster-recovery measures but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Krutrim is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them from time to time; continued use constitutes acceptance of the current version.
